Hi there, sorry to be a dimwit but I have two very quick questions:1. How do I know if my spring onions are ready to harvest?
2. Is it too late in the year to begin growing mushrooms?

1. When they are big enough to eat
2. No, but they grow best at about 18 c so it is best to grow in Spring and Autumn -
