Anyone got any recipes or ideas for things to do with rocket? I'm inundated with it and can only eat so much salad.

Put it on top of pizza for the last few minutes, or make rocket pesto. The pesto can be used to make for spaghetti, or put it on cooked potatoes with some garlic and oil and vinegar.
Make a dressing with rocket, lemon, oil, garlic, salt and pepper for salad, for marinating meat, vegetables or fish. -

just nip the flower stalks off, you can eat the flowers, but they are really hot.
They'll keep growing, don't worry, mine lasted from last year until after the snow this year, it's tough as nails that stuff.Comment
