Does anyone know if you can grow tomatoes through the winter in say in a warm conservatory, if you can any particular type?

    No, you can't.

You can, however, start them off in Jan/Feb for an earlier summer crop

I'm growing Black Russian toms - to see if I can - in an inflatable greenhouse -just two of them - they're 15 days old at the moment - I'll try and get a pic/blog up. I sowed them 11 August.
