I thought that too Scarlet. Personally, I'd whip 'em out from under the lights and give them a bit of real light, even if its just a few hours on a windowsill.
All of my toms are in the GH now and covered with bubblewrap overnight.

Mine won't go near the greenhouse for another month yet but then again most of them haven't got any proper leaves yet as they were only sown a week ago.

Half of mine are in the GH during the day. It's windy out there but the temps in there earlier were around 18. The other half were only sown a few weeks ago so seed leaves only. I won't chance mine with bubble wrap, my GH is right out in the open and I'm in a frost pocket. I bring mine indoors for the night.

Yeah they do seem a weird colour, they also seem a bit bare as well compared to the chillies which grown under the same lights.

The cotyledons look yellowish in your picture, might be the bag of mpc compost you've been using is lacking in nutrients. I've had similar in previous years, using a well known multipurpose. The true leaves have a purple look to them too, which can also be a sign of feeding imbalance, though tomatoes grown under lights often will have a more purplish look to them than those grown in natural light. I'd try a weak feed, they should start picking up in a week or so if it is the cause.

Over watering? Is the compost getting a chance to dry out a little between waterings?

What variety is in the picture?

Cotyledons look really quite yellow in those pictures, any difference to the way you have grown the chillies, compost feed etc?

Now you posted the other pictures, cricking my neck to view! the other plants look fine! Yeah the seed leaves look a little yellow, but I would expect that anyway!

So no! If I were you! wouldn't be worrying at this stage!

Mine are nearly ready for planting out. Been in a fleece covered greenhouse for the past few days. They are all a lovely dark green colour.

Quick update-

I gave them a light feed as mentioned above and they are looking much healthier and a much better green colour.

I have just re potted mine into bigger pots and they all look terrible. Our window ledge is great for the peppers etc but not so good for the toms.

I am just going to see how they do and if push comes to shove I will do a sneaky beaky to the garden centre and buy what I want (off to wash my mouth out with soap now)
