I've found them to be very reliable, and so not had to deal with customer services.

I love getting new seeds - anyone else out there just love looking through all their seed packets? It's like the gardening version of Pokemon.

I order from T&M in the Uk and France and have used the UK company for years - never had a problem with them.

I think they got their shreddies in a twist during the half price sale - I ordered, got half the order and a couple of vouchers for half the amount of the missing items on the order. emailed them to inquire about the short refund and they emailed back saying they'd send me more vouchers, then received another delivery with some of the stuff they said they were out of and some repeats from the first delivery

still missing some stuff or vouchers, which ever way I look at it, never had a prob before this with T&M

They have indeed go their shreddies in a twist. I've been told that my order has been sent to me in 'ZAMBIA'??????????????? I do hope that my postie Jack has plenty or air in his bicycle tyres.
