    Quite pleased with thes a bit of canker but they weigh 6lb so they'll do for xmas dinner

    They look great to me, well done! Just dug ours for the big feast, good size but a lot of tripods-dont know why, good deep fine soil and no fresh manure added,

        Mine are self sown and very diddy - more like baby carrots - but I am sure they will roast up with the other veg fine!

          My Gladiator are huge! ...but so full of canker they are useless. I'm very dissapointed *sob sob*

            I've grown Hollow Crown most of them have woody centres but I'm de-coring them rather than letting them go to waste.

              I didn't bother this year as I didn't have the room, I've got Countess for next year..

                That is dissapointing, Gladiator are usually quite good re canker. better luck next year.
