I bought a pack of seed called mixed summer squash and am now just starting to reap the benefits.
I have several plants now and starting to reveal different types of squashes. Patty Pans are coming, something that looks like a green apple and some butternut squash. I know what I am doing with butternut squash, but what about the others, how big should I let them get and when they are ready what do I do with them ? There are several others that I don't recognise. It could be that you use the same method of cooking with all of them but maybe not?!
