The logs I order for my wood burner come in a large and tall plastic/fabric sack, about 45cm wide by 90cm high (hip height) like the type used for builders bags.
However, it's white in colour whereas the grow bags for sale for potatos, etc, are dark, so will this stop it from being useful because light will damage the roots?
If the bags are suitable, what kind of fruit/veg would be suitable for me to grow in a tall container apart from potatoes? Just want to understand if I would need to cut them down or can use them as they are to maximise production.
