| i have made som e nettle tea like someone on here told me to; i have never smelt anything as bad ;but i have put it in 2 litre milk bottles,so i need to know wat plants to fed with it .and wat ratio to water do i mix it i got about 6 lires of the smelly stuff'. thanks john |

| I've got some brewing in an old chicken pellet bucket with a lid on. Just filled the container with nettles, stuck a plate on the top and a brick on that. Haven't dared look inside yet. How did you make yours grasser ?

| same way as you have, left it for 3 weeks, filtered it into 2 litre milk cartons,put lid on quickly as the smell is putrid, but would like to know what plants to use it on, or is it any good for flowers,mrskp hold your nose when you take when you take the plate of bucket. believe me it stinks, first time i have made it. | Although 10 to 1 is about right, it is difficult to calculate as the initial strength can vary. Another way is to make up to look like weak tea, but once again it depends on ones interpretation of what strength a normal tea should be. Can be used on anything that needs feeding. Ian |
