  • Squash - Slow Growth

Having not grown summer squash before I'm at a bit of a loss. Is this plant slow growing? It is growing nowhere near as fast as other vegetables in the garden but looks nice and healthy.

    Best regards,
    Greg

Recent windy days have held mine back a bit, but if the weather stays warm and they stay healthy they will be ok

Mine are just starting to perk up after having me think I needed to read the last rites.

Was starting to think it was just mine on a go slow.
I'm sure they will come good as soon as it stops raining & being windy. They don't like it, nether do I.

EVERYTHING in my garden is on a go slow - the weather has not been kind. They're slowly picking up though

You're not the only one, slow growing here too. My squash plants are also hating the windy cold weather of late, in fact I think the plants are smaller now than when they were planted out! Hopefully everyones are putting on good root growth and will romp away when conditions are better. Wish mine were looking nice and healthy.
