    I sowed my spring onion seed in modules in the greenhouse, can I plant these out into my raised bed now

      they are about 2.5 inches tall will they be big enough

        I'd leave them a bit longer, but others might disagree.

          I would stick the module tray on the raised bed during the day for a week to ten days, to harden them off - in fact I left mine out there for about a month before planting them in the soil. They were about three inches tall by then (an early Feb sowing, so they grew quite slowly).
