Default Spinach

Hi All

I have just planted some Spinach but wondered if they should be covered. i have put up some plastic fencing around them( its the bright orange stuff you see on the side off the road when road works are taken place), if that enough

I know it makes it look likes a building site but this was a nice cheap option: and no I did not take from the side of the road

I've only grown the perpetual spinach variety but always had good germination, its a large robust seed that does well. It won't require covering.

Its very tasty too!!
