sowing in greenhouse borders now

would any of the following below be ok to start off in pots then transplant into greenhouse borders. my greenhouse is unheated.

lettuce salad bowl red &green mixed
lettuce lollo rossa
leaf salad spicy mix
wild rocket
spinach medina
herb rocket
leaf salad italian mix
spinach scenic f1
lettuce all the year round

Yep........I would say get em all in and don't waste those greenhouse beds over winter!
