    Some people have it some don't

    Well after the disaster with the wall coming over I'm happy to say the Parsnips are coming back through and I still have some carrots. Dug up the spuds that was ok for a first attempt. But now I think my tomato plants have snuffed it. They are in a small greenhouse that zips at the front anyway I opened up today to water them then got distracted for a few hours when I returned all the leaves had withered right back have they had it? I'm thinking I let it cool down to much to quick what do you good people think? By the way all the rubble has now been moved and I have planted a load of strawberries at the back end where the wall was.

      I hope so this morning it was a mass of leaves latter it was just shrivelled leaves and stem flowers that had popped through gone. Would be a shame if they didn't come back after the attention they have had.

                  We do all have it - it's just that some us can't find it since our OH's picked it up when we weren't looking and put it in a cupboard. Sigh.

                    yes I did soak them, I am just surprised the leaves went sooooooooooooo fast am hoping they are ok tomorrow they seemed to be improving when I zipped back up. Do you think it was the sudden drop in temp that did it? If so I am assuming that I need too unzip bit by bit each day so the temp change is gradual and no naughty remarks please i'm a good god fearing boy :

                      I think their problem was lack of water, not a drop in temperature. Having said that, those mini zip-up greenhouses get very hot especially if they're in the sun and large temperature fluctuations are not good for any plants.
