  • So Proud

HI all some of you may remeber me we had just moved into our new house last year and I made a little veggie patch.

So this year gets underway and my partner buys be a plastic greenhouse thing.

I get planting way to early and make some new raise planters.

And now I have harvested lettuce leaves a first crop of spuds a few petis pois ( ate them whilst in the garden!

I have strawbs waiting to ripen carrots looking good pea l=plants every where.

    Rainbow chard
    Onions
    Garlic
    5 cabbages
    3 buckets of toms
a cucumber plant and chilli and sweet peppers.

    And a aasparagus shoot

I am so proud I went from never having a garden to eating out of it :d

I never tire of that feeling when I pick my own food that I've grown from seed - even the huge bundle of chard that I picked today made me smile inside - the OH may not want to eat it again though Photos??!

Well done you! It's so good to hear of success and I'm sure you'll go from strength to strength. Your daughter will be spoilt with the taste of your produce compared to bought!
