Ohhhh, these all look so great! The wind up here would rip them to bits in one night though :-(

This one's in its third season now and we get very windy here on a regular basis, built from some 2x2 for legs and some ancient 2 x 1 roof battens. The runners climb up poly string at 1ft spacings.

Jiving on down to the beach to see the blue and the gray, seems to be all and it's rosy-it's a beautiful day!

That looks great, that does! I'm planning on building some runner bean wigwams this weekend but ... Hmmmm. Maybe something better??

                  heres my bean frames
slight mod this year as replaced the wire with 8ft bamboo and added eyelets to and bottom so poles just hook in and hook out, the 4 quadrants then allow for smaller sowings ie raddish, lettuce etc, i can get 20 plants per frame but i normally double them, inside and out so 40 plants per frame and much less space

the others are fruit tree frames for training me fruit trees we got from Aldi a while ago

Pretty blown out photo (mobiles for you) but here's mine-

Made from battens after ripping a plaster board wall down (first pic)

then on my full size plot, out of canes- the second pic.

Cane frames are spaced at 6", the top one has spacings at 8" to compare.. beauty is, with the strings you can just adjust them if they don't work!

                          I'm not showing you mine!

Pretty boring this end anyway..........Two wigwams one for runners and one for frenchies.
An 6 foot length of reinforcing mesh 5 foot high for the mange tout and a 12 foot long vertical length of expanding mesh for my Ne Plus Ultra peas!

Built today - still work in progress!

Gardening on a slope is challenging! Today, with the help of a tall neighbour and some scrounged bamboos, we built this framework. The idea is that the beans grow on the upper level and will be trained outwards, horizontally over the bamboos. The beans will hang down and I will pick them from underneath.
I'll put some pots on the lower level and may grow beans up the poles too.
                              Wish me luck
