    semi green, split toms - what do you do with yours?

    Hi All

    Hope you all had a great growing season!

    I have loads of semi ripe but split toms - far too many to be eating in salads. Any suggestions as to what to do with them please? I probably have enough sauce and soup so other ideas appreciated.

    Throw them in the freezer for a later date.
    Put them into stir frys, thats what i do
    You could also fry them.

      Make green tomato chutney

        Tomato quiche to freeze? (lovely with a big splosh of Worcestershire sauce stirred into the tom mix)
        Mix with other veg ( onions/courgettes/aubergines and make a type of ratatouille)
        fritata?
        Add to spaggi bol mix?
        "Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple
