  • red cabbage question

I have a bed of red cabbages growing, but they have suffered in the recent very cold weather - the heavy heads have toppled as the stalks have weakened and been hit by the snow and frost. Are they still viable or will I need to cut them and store/preserve?

Thanks for your thoughts in advance

Red cabbage store really well as long as they're cool and dry. As yours have toppled I would cut them and bring them home. They won't make any more growth now anyway.
