Radicchio and mustard spinach

I have my free seeds but am unable to find the info I need.

Radicchio - where does it fit in crop rotation, how big does it grow, will it grow in pots?

Mustard Spinach - how big does this grow when a mature plant?

I know somebody on here will know

Radichio is a leaf chicory so can be slotted anywhere in the rotation without problems. If in doubt pop it into the same rotation with your lettuce.
