  • Preserving chillis

I'd like to find uses for my chillis. I have lots of cayennes ripening up and some small fat yellow upward pointing ones too.

    Suggestions welcome!

Drying is good, needle and thread through the stems and hang em up. When they are dry blitz em, put them in a pot and use your chilli flakes in everything. They seem to last forever. Though careful about dust if they are hanging up for long time.....eweeee.
While wearing your night clothes, plant cucumbers on the 1st May before the sun comes up, and they will not be attacked by bugs.
