Potato variety question

Salad blue are an early maincrop. Not sure about Adam blue but most sarpo varieties are maincrops from what I have seen.

Where did you get them purplekat?

After a bit of Googling, it appears that the sarpo Blue were only released at certain Potato Days. They are said to be either a 'salad type' or a 'second-early'.

ohh, I wondered why I couldn't find any info on it - I got it at the Saltaire potato day

Thanks for your help, I'm having a multicoloured potato year - I've got blue, red and black!
