Does anyone know what you do with Pink Banana Squashes? The plants are enormous and running riot and the squashes themselves are getting bigger every day. Hope they are not as prolific as courgettes.

Let them carry on!! Actually, possibly next month, you can stop them going any further and encourage them to make the existing squashes bigger. Do not pick the fruits until the plant dies down naturally, and then harden them off in a sunny dry place so that they will keep for months in store.
Then use them for pumpkin pie, or pumpkin scones, etc as pink banana is quite sweet.
