Does any one know were I can get "King of the North" pepper seeds. Have been told that they grow well up here Thanks.

I grew some last year that I got in a seed swap. They didn't do very well for me, but then I'm not exactly in the north. Maybe our summer was too hot for them.Comment

Try any of the eastern European ones Hungarian etc - Greenhouse is best but a sheltered spot protected as much as possible as late as possible.
Although I am further south than you I have had good results with sweet banana pepper.Comment

I use the shelter of tomatoes,basil,petunia,marigolds & geraniums,they're great companions to deter/confuse some insects & encourage the beneficial ones.
