They won't get any bigger now they're ripening. You can pick as soon as the fruit is an even colour. -
pick as soon as ripe which then releases nutrients to help either grow or ripen any other peppers on the plantComment

You can pick them when they are green as well, by the way =). The joy of peppers, they are ready when ever you like!Comment
