  • Pepper plants

    I need some help here.

For the past few days I have noticed my pepper plants not looking to okay.

The first two the plants was droppy and I thought that it just needed a good feed/water. Now they look like they are dying. It's all turning brown and the fruit that has started to grow has now gone soft.

One theses one one has brown leaves and the other some flowers have turned brown.

They second pic looks healthy Carrie, often in the early season they drop their flowers as they haven't been pollinated. You can try hand pollinating yourself but you already have some chillies growing.
The first pic looks a bit droopy, do they look like that all day? Sometimes if they are in the window with direct full sun on them they can go like that and perk up later. Keep them on the dry side, they don't like really wet feet. When you water, water in the morning so there's enough moisture in the soil for the leaves to be hydrated in the heat behind the glass.
Also, depending on how cold it has been at night, it may be wise to take them off the windowsill - it can get pretty chilly there behind the curtains

Sorry forgot to mention its the flower and stem that't turned brown.

The first pic to be honest I've not noticed them droop. So that must be a resent thing with that. I will not water them again for a few days and see how it is.

Got a pic of the other 2 plants I was telling you about. But I think they might be dying

I gave them a good watering and feed thinking it's gone droppy because the soil keeps going dry(have the heating on all the time)
