Nicos, of course with parsley sauce, although in the part of East London I came from, it was refered to as "liquer" and a good pie and mash just has to have liquer.

"A medieval German herbalist Saint Hildegard of Bingen prescribed parsley wine to improve blood circulation. It was believed to help in cases of heart conditions.
Combine 10-12 large sprigs of parsley with 1 quart of red or white wine with 2 tbsp of white wine vinegar. Boil for 10 minutes, then add 9 oz of honey. Strain the mixture and pour into bottles. Take 1 tbsp three times a day."

I love parsley, I can eat it raw just wandering round the garden Just had a big allotment omelette choc full of parsley (as well as garlic chives, purple spring onins, potatoes, sweet pepper) with green beans on the side. The eggs were "home-grown" too
