I'm just asking as this is my year of growing anything.

    Do these look ok?

These are Red Duke of York. Do i need to do anything with them?

These are some potatoes i took out of a bag from iceland

    Thanks

They look similar to mine, so hopefully we're both doing something right :-)

        Cool.
I've got some toms on the go at mo but they're looking a little worse for wear.
I recently transplanted them into some morrisons buckets and accidently left them out and the cold got to them.

i got 6 tom plants in 3 giant grow bags and i planted them out a couple weeks ago but i put a frame round them and put bubble wrap around the frame to protect them and they are doing well and have doubled in size so im well happy. they are 1ft tall..

They look good to me, Jason, and I like the purple colouring to the leaves. I'm guessing that's down to the type of potato.

I have Kestrel and Charlotte doing quite nicely, which still amazes me as I'm new to growing anything and expected everything to fail.

Good grief Terry, is that newly laid gravel? You must be extremely meticulous of keeping it in tip top shape if not!

Yeah i laid that path about 6/7 weeks ago and you do have to keep putting the stones back that get displaced lol

remember just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you
don't be afraid to innovate and try new things

None of you need be paranoid, it's all looking good and well done! My taters only went in a couple of weeks ago, some in bags and some in the ground, so they haven't even popped their heads up yet.

I agree, all the potatoes look healthy to me. I planted 3 bags of swift on the 25th of feb in a greenhouse and I guess they're just about ready now.
