    im looking to dual crop this summer. im going to sow peas and beans in spring and my question is which veg would enjoy the nitrogen from the roots.

    Got to be brassicas! In particular those grown for there leaves including all types of cabbage and kales!

      With you all the way there, Snadge - brassicas grown in nursery bed or pots will love to be planted out as you whip the legumes out the way.
