i know this may seem stupid

i've planted out my garlic into modules and i've just noticed that they were growing BUT the roots are at the top

Have i planted them upside down?

Because when i googled growing garlic i found a website that gave you instructions on how to plant them and so i followed it!!!!

    Can you help me please?

If the roots are at the top then they must be upside down, did you plant them pointy end up?

I did this by accident with some of my onions, any chance of a photo just to check?

The roots should be white and fibrous, like thick hairs. If what you are seeing is a green pointy thing about the size of your little finger but flatter, that's the shoot!

                    Just send her out again.

It's the garlic I feel sorry for, doesn't know if it's coming or going.

Oooo 'eck, Not back yet then? I have to go back to work soon. Gonna be fretting all afternoon that I've made Lou go out and plant all her garlic bulbs upside down.
Think I might stay away from the vine for a couple of days.
