    Local Food :: Master Gardener Programme: Developing the Model

    If you are in the following areas, and want to become a Master Gardener and receive free training from experts at Garden Organic, now's the time to apply. Areas and training below, linkie above.

    • NEW Somerset: 2-3 March 2013
    • NEW Coventry & Warwickshire: 9-10 March 2013
    • NEW Medway, North Kent*: 6 & 7 April 2013
    • Norfolk: 13-14 April 2013
    • South London (central): 20-21 April 2013
    • Lincolnshire*: 20-21 April 2013
    • Coventry & Warwickshire: 27-28 April 2013

    Boo, no where in Scotland. If GO ever want to start up in Glasgow my kitchen is available for peeps to pile in, plenty of room plus plenty of coffee and cake

      We want to start up in all areas - it's funding that is needed to start up programmes.

            Where would funding usually come from? I'd love to do it here as well, who could/should I pester to fund it?

                      Local Food funded the pilots then it's Councils or NHS usually - those tasked with improving food growing.

                            Pleased to see one in Medway/North Kent, which is quite near to me.
                            I could not live without a garden, it is my place to unwind and recover, to marvel at the power of all growing things, even weeds!

                              None near me. That just about sums this area up though, mostly forgotten about unfortunately.
                              Wenever know what the future holds though, i'll just keep hoping.
