I use chopped seaweed in my raised beds, but was wondering if I could use it to make a liquid fertiliser too? If so, do I just add water and let time do its magic and, which fruit or veg does it benefit most? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

yes many people use it as a liquid, theres quite a bit on the net about it but im making some at the moment by just half filling a bucket with weed and filling up to the top with water.
ive had it in there about 3 weeks now with a lid on and its going very gloopey and brown. after a few months the resulting black liquid needs diluting before its applied.
its probably best to wash the salt off the weed before decomposing it, however ive read even if you didnt the levels its at wouldnt be too much a concern unless its used all the time.
the weed its supposedly quite low in NPK, something like 0-0-1 (i dont know it it changes by decomposing it to a concentrated liquid) but the potassium content is good for fruiting and flowering plants, tomatoes, roses, etc.
