lost all track of time....

I started some toms, chillies etc a while back and although they germinated they didn't hang around for long...... i thought to myself i'll start again in a fortnight, this was end of feb...... i've totally forgotten about starting again till earlier this week when i was clearing the garden and threw a few peas down.

What should i have in by now?

Some chillies need a long germination time, but no harm still giving it a go.

Tomatoes will be fine if you start them now.

Chillies and Tomatoes still need to be kept frost free, so start on windowsill.
