This is the first year I have grown Latah's and have been trying to find out how much room to leave for each bush.
But all I've found is that its a “Sprawling bush” any idea's

Some of them got pretty tall.

Latah (Super-early Salad type)
This is the one for your earliest crop. It might just be the best early tomato ever. It’s a super-early variety that tolerates short or cool summers, covered in 1" spherical red fruit on a sprawling bush.
Latah is our most popular bush tomato, and it really is remarkable. The leaves are very far-spaced on the stem - the plants look a bit odd – and this lets in more light to reach the fruit so they ripen even earlier.
The plants are quite untidy. To be honest, you can't really train them or support them in any way – but if you let them get on with it they really will make ripe tasty tomatoes earlier than you thought possible. Fantastic flavour, balanced acid and sweetness, this is just great raw, & nice cooked too.

There's the original "Latah" bush and also a Vine type Latah following a cross with another variety by the Real seeds people. Breeding your own vegetablesOriginally posted by timethatthetaleweretold View Post

Mine were bout 20 inches high and pretty well spread over its 2ft spacing.Jiving on down to the beach to see the blue and the gray, seems to be all and it's rosy-it's a beautiful day!Comment
