Many of the leeks I planted last Spring are still no bigger than a bamboo cane. Should I dig them up or will they keep growing this year?

They won't get much bigger I'm afraid. Still, I'd still have a go at cooking and eating them. -
They will grow ... and flower ... this year I'm afraid. No rush to dig them up though, so them may put on some girth in the early Spring.
