we are nearly finished now, the greenhouse has been uprooted, ready to be moved, all the crowns of rhubarb moved, the surplus topsoil added to the needy raised beds, new base to anchor the greenhouse, the drive slabbed half way up so far, I have been watching this all week and seeing them doing all the work can make me feel really tired , just watching as the days of slogging away at jobs like this are now not feasible for me, I will be glad when its finished so I can get some plants in and growing away as the weather is above 5deg today...

OK Buffs you did that this morning what are you going to do after lunch?

I was joking! When all your redevelopement is finished I bet your garden will look lovely and be organised in a way that suits you best. Well Done!

I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work. Thomas A. Edison

just about to start this morning, in the cold, when the snow started to come down heavily, three times now so I think I can now forget about doing anything today...

I went outside to do a bit then caught a bout of can't be arsed from the cold wind - so I came on-line instead - Hopefully it will only last a day.

I didn't do anything yesterday. Unfortunately, I hadn't finished so perhaps I'll finish today........

the greenhouse is now up in its new location and glass and new vent openers in place, just the slabbing being finished off and we will have great space to be able to move around the car without tripping over gravel(enough room for 5 cars on total drive) , the forecast for the weekend is better weather so I can start to fill the raised beds....

all finished now and its brill, I can move around with plenty of room and no tripping over gravel, I have moved all the necessary bits and bobs back into the greenhouse and its set up for the coming season, all we need now is a heatwave til the end of September...fingers crossed..(here in Scotland, that's rarer than an honest politition) but we still live in hope...
