Ishikura seedings floppy

Hi,

I planted in a small pot a number of Ishikura seeds, as I saw a video about "bunching onions" can be grown together. Some have sprouted, but I noticed the other day that 2 stalks are laying on the soil, I just tried to lift on up, but it just flops down, are these dead?

If they are still green, then no they are not dead. Onions tend to be floppy things.
