Suttons have a range called Speedy Seeds and the times do vary according to what veg you are growing, but they do stuff like Broccoli, Kohl Rabi, Beetroot, Cress, Leaf Salad Mixes....

Radishes are quick - take about 4-6wks? Variety of mixed salad leaves that you cut when small and let them grow again (cut-and-come-again), Spinach and Pak Choi are fairly quick.

You can always get some veg seedlings and start with them, next year you can start earlier and start them off from seed.
