| Good Afternoon all, I am very new to the forum and very new to growing vegetables, so forgive e if i ever ask some dum questions. anyway enough of the niceties. I have been wandering if someone could inform me of the best vegetables to plant for growing over the winter months, Ideally I would like to empty my raised bed and fill it with vege's to grow over winter for spring. I was thinking of something like leeks caulflower cabbage brocoli do I need specific seeds and when should I plant them? Any assitance would be greatly welcome. if it is of any use my raised patch is about 17 feet long by 3 - 3.5 feet wide. Many Thanks in anticipation. |
