    Help with seeds please

    Hi all, can anyone tell me what to start planting now or soonish (seed wise) as im a newbie. Managed tomatoes last year and some chillis in the greenhouse, got all sorts of seeds ready to go
    Or any suggestions of good books that will guide me

    A good basic easy to follow book is the vegetable and herb expert by D R Hessayon.

    You can also check the backs of the seed packets for a general guide to when to sow and plant out. Be patient.

        mainly Onions and leeks at the mo...I agree Dr. Hessayon's best beginners book
