    what is the optimum size to harvest greyhound summer cabbage. presently mine are about half rugby ball size.

      harvest them when you're hungry.

      I use Greyhound as a looseleaf ... I just pull off a few outer leaves as I want them, and leave the plant to grow on.

        My Copehagen Market are just staring to heart up. Looking forward to eating them - but I think another couple of weeks really.
