    Half Price Onion Sets

    Just called into local Wilkinsons on way home from work. They had red onion sets on @ 50 for £2.......Not bad I thought until I went to till & got 50% discount.
    Cheap as chips..................or they would have been if they had been potatoes

        Someone gave me a bag of onion sets that he bought in a pound shop. Altogether there were 108 baby onions, most of which have come good. They are absolutely red hot though so unless you have an asbestos coated tongue it would best if you cooked them before eating them.

          I got some of these onion sets and garlic from Wilkinsons about 4 weeks ago, but they were sold out the following week! Well done for getting such a bargain.
