  • golden wonder spuds

I have just dug up all my golden wonder from Nanna's garden. The chap next door was convinced they would all be eaten away by now with slugs but am pleased to report that there was not one bit of damage on any of them

Will defo use them again next year.

Chap next door says he plants marran something or other as he has no bother with the slugs for these.

Arran pilot probably.... only had a small amount of damage on my potatos.... Nemaslug seemed to do its job on that bit of the garden....

We grew these and they were pants! 6Kg of seed potatoes gave us no usable spuds at all. I'm pleased they did well for you. The roughly 2kg that we harvested had a really nasty taste, almost as if they were green (they weren't). But all our potatoes were awful this year, so I don't think it was anything to do with the variety.
Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.
