All my tomato seeds are up except the seeds from these two. Sown 22 February in 3 inch pots in compost near bay window with plastic bags over the pot. Can I assume the 2 Russian varieties (both earlies) are longer germinators?

Latah is an American bred Tom and one I keep meaning to grow I would think they would germinate at a similar time and rate to other Toms.
I sowed four varieties all came up in about 5 days. Try 24 hrs of bottom heat on top of a boiler or similar. -
