Anyone used Garlic wonder for keeping carrot fly at bay?

I've never heard of Garlic Wonder, but I guess it's some kind of natural repellent for carrot fly. Why not plant garlic next to or around carrots? Would that work?My hopes are not always realized but I always hope (Ovid)
