  • Florence fennel in a small space

I love Florence fennel, but I'm wondering whether it's worth growing as I have a rather small garden (need to actually measure sometime). How much space does it need? Anybody have an opinion on whether it's worthwhile?

Aww eirish how sweet My first time of growing this year, but it doesn't look as though it will take up a huge amount of space. I'm sure I've seen where other grapes have grown it in containers.

Do you prefer being shaved, roasted, or braised?

Auntie Flo I had to rush here to find out why you were trapped in a small place. LOL

Definitely don't go for waxing then Flo. I have gruesome memories of when one of my daughters decided I needed to have my legs waxed.

No, no, I'm growing my own veg cause I don't like them waxed!

SO...how much space does an unshaven, unwaxed fennel plant want?
