White Flint Corn also, I believe, called hominy. I used to have it alot in soups and stews growing up in California and last night reading Chichi Wang's blog (largely about the calorific delights of food) I came across it in a list of ingredents for what I rember to be an excellent mexican soup, pesole. Does anyone know where I can get some of this lovely stuff or who might sell some seeds?

As I was killing time at work due to the snow (lack of customers!) I thought I would have a look around for you. It appears that White Flint corn is a genre of seed not a specific variety (I wont put the mortgage on it though!) so the two links below lead to a couple of Heirloom variety which fit your description, sadly only available it the states. Apparently when you read around the subject it appears to be one of the original corns used by the native Indians and there's a bit fight brewing over one of the commercial developers corns causing the orignal corn to go sterile through cross pollination.
