I'm very pleased with these and will try to find a way of doing more next year without sacrificing the growing of other veg in my limited space. They're Charlotte's by the way, put in mid-March and pulled out a few days ago.

Hey you're probably right VC, just put it on the Other Items thread though. Hopefully plenty more where that came from though, in the coming months.
You can't imagine how excited I was when I decided to pick my first ever aubergine! People at work would think that's weird, but I know I'm among friends here!! Been resisting temptation for a couple of weeks, but decided it was just about ready. Mrs Vince is not a fan, so whilst she's at the hairdressers on Saturday (which involves here going to her mum's nearby for lunch), I'm going to be out on the patio with my veg-fest. I'm thinking gazpacho, babaganoush and pitta, some griddled fennel, couple of glasses of ice cold Fino.....Are y'oroight booy?Comment
