Yesterday we had a (very small) contribution to our salad with the first pickings of lambs lettuce, spinach and rocket leaves. I'm feeling very proud

my bull mastiff puppy joined me in gh and had sample of baby salad leaves,and primulas and beets!!!!

My salad leaves are in a big plastic propogator thing outside and it was doing rather well but obviously it got too hot in the recent clement weather and it is now all white and crispy and not very edible. Oh well.Comment
