Today I tried some asparagus given to me by a friend. These are the sweetest and most tender asparagus I have ever tasted (and I love my asparagus). It is a variety called Larac - an old French variety. I spent about an hour on the net trying to find seeds/crowns.plants in pots but nothing. Plenty of recognition that Larac is one of the best. Does ANYBODY know where I can find some???? Or does anybody have a bed of LARAC Asparagus that they would be willing to give/sell/donate a little of.
