  • Curly leaves?

    Can anyone help please?

Quite a few of my peppers and cucumbers have the new leaves coming through 'puckered' up.....any ideas please. Other seedlings sown at the same time in same batch of compost seem fine.
Will the plants recover - they are abut 3-6" tall and of the varieties?
Cucumbers only have the odd curled leaf and seem to have made some new perfect leaves. but not so with the peppers, they are losing the growing tip to curliness

it could be feeding too much or it could be aphids. I vaguely remember something about aphids/tiny/puckered leaves....
Those are my two ideas for the day

i have the same thing on some of mine and have found some white flecks on top the compost.
so i beleive it to be aphids which will be having all hell let loose on them this very evening

Well, after a short time in 'quarantine'- my peppers new leaves are now coming on a treat and they are NOT curly!
Thanks for all your help, think it was greenfly.
They can now join their friends on the greenhouse bench

Sounds like they've had Intensive Care HF, glad they've recovered!
